Commissioner Ryan Race

On 2-7-2009, ECPW Keystone was born and at the center of it all was a newly named Commissioner named Ryan Race. Race started out as a Ring Announcer for ECPW and his unveiling as Commissioner of Keystone came with controversy. He made the final count for the Suicide King to capture the World Title in the Keystone Title Tournament.
Despite being an inexperienced wrestler, Race held his own in a street fight with the devious Jake Saint. Losing in the end, Race proved that he can fight if he needs to.
On September 10th 2011, Race shocked the Keystone world when he turned his back on Keystone to join the Dark Horsemen.
On November 24th 2012, Race was fired, along with Timothy Plazma and Justin Blackwell, from the Dark Horsemen by Jake Saint. Race retained his job as Commissioner. That same night, Jake Saint captured the Keystone title but the match was restarted by Race ater Jake cheated to win the gold.
