Starr won the 2102 Keystone Rumble on November 24th 2012 last eliminating former Keystone State Champion Solid Sugar. This win gives him a guaranteed shot at the Keystone State Championship in February of 2013.
On January 26th 2013, Starr defeated James Vasquez.
